Safeguarding
At Grace Church, we are committed to the safeguarding, care, and well-being of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
We take our responsibility seriously and seek to follow all statutory safeguarding guidance. All our workers and volunteers operate in accordance with our safeguarding policy and procedures.
Everyone serving in children’s and youth ministries receives appropriate safeguarding training and is subject to DBS checks.
Safeguarding is not just the responsibility of a team — it is the responsibility of the whole church.
We want Grace Church to be a safe place where people are cared for, protected, and able to flourish.
Safeguarding shapes the way we plan our ministries, train our teams, and care for one another — it is part of the culture of Grace Church, not simply a policy we hold.
If you have any concern about the safety or well-being of a child, young person, or vulnerable adult connected with Grace Church, please speak to a member of our Safeguarding Team below.
All concerns will be taken seriously and responded to appropriately.
